Return and Exchange Policy

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of order receipt.

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

• Customized or made-to-order items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

🚚 Shipping Costs and Responsibility

• All shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer.

• Return shipping fees may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method and can reach up to USD $75.95.

• We do not refund original shipping or handling fees.

💳 Refunds

• After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you by email.

• If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

• Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
